In fact I was so happy with Vodafone that both my sons also become members 4 year ago. I was so excited to collect my new phone today . The manager on duty was Keela! From the start she seemed reluctant to help. As the deal was signed with the manager from the previous day she had no interest in assisting me. I asked her if she could assist with transfer of data and apps. Once that was partly done I asked if she would assist me to get to know the phone and help with some other matters of the new phone that I did not understand. I was told " I am a salesperson not here for that".
When I informed her that other employers and managers had helped me in the past; her answer was "That was them". Long story short I deeply disappointed with Keela's lack of customer service and utter rudeness. For a company that prides itself in its aftersales service and continuing positive interaction ; Keela needs to be retrained!
